- Customer: The person or entity that signs up to use SaSURL’s services.
- Service: The services provided by SaSURL, including shortlinks and dynamic QR codes.

- You: A person or entity registered with SaSURL to use the Services.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience at SaSURL. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund as described below. All payments and refunds are processed securely via Stripe, our payment processor.
Please note: Stripe’s processing fees are generally not returned to us when a refund is issued. As a result, your refund may be less than the full amount you originally paid, with the non-refundable Stripe fees deducted from your refund.
Refund Eligibility

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: The refunded amount will be less any non-refundable Stripe processing fees. -
Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds beyond this period, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
If approved, the refund will also be less any non-refundable Stripe processing fees.
Annual & Monthly Plans

Annual plans: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase.
All refunds will be issued minus Stripe’s non-refundable processing fees. - Monthly plans: If canceled within 7 days, a refund will be issued minus Stripe’s non-refundable fees. After this period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, with no further charges.
Non-Refundable Items
- Renewals and promotional discounts are non-refundable unless there is a clear service issue that we are unable to resolve.
- If there is excessive usage of SaSURL services within the refund period, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@sasurl.com with your order details and the email address associated with your SaSURL account. Our team will review your request and process the refund if eligible. All refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable Stripe processing fees.
How Stripe Refunds Work
All refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, Stripe will send you a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Stripe’s processing fees are generally not returned to SaSURL, and therefore will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If your card is no longer active, your bank will route the refund to your new card or account. Please contact your bank for details.
Canceling
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. After cancellation, your QR codes and shortlinks may be paused or limited, but you can reactivate them by resubscribing.
Your Consent
By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to our Refund Policy and agree to its terms, including the deduction of Stripe’s non-refundable processing fees from any refund issued.
Changes To Our Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SaSURL after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
